Paul Okiring is the current Programme Coordinator of TAC. He worked as Programme Officer Capacity building in TAC before rising to the current position in 2011. Before joining TAC, Paul worked for the Lutheran World Federation (LWF) as WASH Officer, M&E Assistant and Project Assistant between 2007 and 2009. He holds a Masters in Management Studies (MMS) from Uganda Management Institute (UMI), a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management (PDPPM) also from UMI; and a degree of Arts (Social Sciences) of Makerere University
. Paul also holds several TOT Certificates in Governance and Social Accountability from MS TCDC Arushia Tanzania, Social Accountability Tools from CUTS India, and Promoting Government Integrity from ILI-ACLE among others. He has a rich experience of 9 years in Human Rights perspectives to Programme management, Coordination and leadership of development interventions in various fields including Governance and Accountability, Gender, Livelihoods, WASH, HIV/AIDS among others. Samuel H. Arimon is a lawyer by profession. He has added to his legal background specialized training in Anticorruption by Danida Fellowship Center in Denmark as well as Social Accountability by TCDC in Arusha. He has been in civil society for 8 years working in different roles including management, programming and administration. His experience has given him skills in project design and monitoring, programme execution and implementation programme communication and documentation as well as strategic planning. Samuel’s job profile in TAC has grown him into an advocate for social justice, human rights and good governance. He is responsible currently for the leadership of the programme team, technical advice on legal aid mechanisms in TAC programming, victim support and perpetuator accountability actions and conceptualization of social accountability interventions within the context of Teso. He is able to use tactical tools for Human Rights Defenders and to conduct Training for Transformation using the TfT methods. He is a proficient gender justice activist and has a range of skills including gender analysis and gender mainstreaming. His profile has attracted other NGOs and CSOs to admit him as a member of their Boards. Samuel continues to build his career around the broad spectrum of accountability for social justice and good governance and TAC is a good platform for that career profile to bud and flourish. Oriokot Francis is the current Programme Accountant, graduate of higher National Diploma in Accountancy with over 10years of experience in Financial Management, across sectors ;Private, Public and NGOs.He has served as an Accountant in the following organization; Wade Adams Construction Ltd Uganda Branch, Skanska International Uganda Branch,Wamiko Construction Ltd,ROKO Construction Ltd,Kampala City Council(KCC) Central Division, The Lutheran World Federation Uganda Programme and currently with Teso Anticorruption Coalition(TAC) .He has developed mature and responsible approach to any task he undertakes. Francis’s Special attitudes to his success has been due to the following; ability to prepare budgets, manage budgets, expenditure controls, knowledge of grant financial management, preparation of financial reports with high level of numeracy, accuracy and analytical skills, computer literacy and ability to work excellently with others to achieve objectives on time with excellence. Francis is pursing professional studies in accountancy.

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in SWASA at UCU Mbale ,holds a diploma in Secretarial Studies and a certificate in Secretarial Studies   obtained from Uganda College of Commerce (UCC ) Soroti, She also has a certificate on Effecetive secretary & front desk Management from UMI  . She has a working  experience of 15 years.

 previously she worked for Lutheran world Federation (LWF) – Katakwi, SOCADIDO, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) – Tororo and SAARI, She is now the Administrative assistant at TAC.

Odongo Ezekiel - Project Accounts assistant at TAC since 2012.Aseasoned accountant with vast experience of over seven (7) years now ranging from Private, Public and NGO sectors.He previously worked with Soroti community sec: School As Assistant Bursar, Kapujan Sec School as School Bursar.
He Holds Uganda diploma in business studies (UDBS) from Uganda collage of commerce Aduku and currently pursuing University degree in commerce (BCOM) from Makerere University Kampala.

Ms Susan Akiteng is the Gender Officer. She Joined Teso Anticorruption Coalition in February 2013. Has vast experience in research, project monitoring and Evaluations.
Previously worked with Uganda Bureau of Statistics as a Field Officer/ Enumerator with various projects
Susan graduated with a bachelor's degree of development studies specializing in Governance and Community Development from Makerere University, Kampala. Also attended additional trainings in Data Base Management from Uganda Management Institute, Administrative Officers Law Course from LDC and is currently per suing Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute. Dinah .A.Onyait: is the current project M&E Officer at Teso Anticorruption Coalition (TAC). She holds a master in Management Studies and post graduate diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute (UMI).She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Makerere University. Worked for LWF –Uganda as program assistant on Wash, HIV AIDS programme from 2007-2009. She has also worked for TASO/ACDI VOCA as integration officer 2009-2011. In 2011 -2013 she got elevated to position of program assistant at ACDI VOCA before joining TAC in January 2014.

Eriau Richard is a project officer public finance tracking (POPFT) at Teso anticorruption coalition (TAC) since January, 2014. He is responsible for tracking public resource, trains TAC structures in public finance tracking and implementing public financing for agriculture (PFA) project in Kapujan and Magoro sub counties in Katakwi district.
He holds a bachelor’s degree (BADDS) and a diploma (Dip DDS) of democracy and development obtained from Uganda Martyrs University- Nkozi, and Grade III teaching certificate from ITEK-Kyambogo University. He joined Teso anti corruption coalition in January 6th 2014. He posses other short course certificates in mediation, Alternative dispute resolution, in introductory course on security awareness, training on democratic governance and accountability and leadership and communication Skills and among others.

Work experience:
Mr. Eriau Richard has nine years of teaching experience serving as Education Assistant II in government and held various responsibilities. Before joining Teso anticorruption coalition this year in January, 2014, he worked with Soroti Catholic Diocese Justice and Peace Commission (SOCAJAPIC), an arm of Soroti Catholic Diocese from 2010-2013 as a volunteer, field officer and serving as the acting program officer for two years.
Richard also served in government as a primary teacher for nine years from 2001 to 2009 holding different responsibilities including representing staff in PTA, coordinating WFP-food for asset project and heading the department of music dance and drama, places him with good experience in working with children and community.

Esseza Alupo is the current Projects Assistant of TAC. Esseza holds a Diploma in social work and social Administration obtained in 2002. Before joining TAC, she worked at Action aid International Uganda (Kumi field office) as a volunteer in the child sponsorship project from 2002 to 2003.
Worked for Food for the Hungry International Uganda (FHIU) from 2003 to 2006 as a Field Officer in Kumi, Arbeiter Samariter Bund Deutschland e.V (ASB) as a field monitoring officer, later promoted to the post of Area focal point person in charge Obalanga Sub County in Amuria district from 2008 to 2010 before joining TAC in December 2012
Underwent trainings at ASB on population profiling and community based approaches 2008, UNHCR on protection of IDPs in 2009, Christian Economic Development institute on Christian economic development and foundation of ministries, 2005 obtaining a certificate, Emmanuel International on behavior change 2005, UN ORCHR and UHRC on human rights in2009, and USAID/AIM on project development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation 2004.
Participated in surveys as a research assistant with Climate communications project and obtained a certificate in 2004. Has experience in Community mobilization, Community Development, Participatory research including baselines and evaluations; Management of the training function, Project planning and management, Household and community assessment; HIV/AIDS Education and OVC Care, Behavior Change Communication, Adult literacy, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Organizational development and working with partners.

Okello David is a current project officer Democratic Governance in Teso Anti-corruption Coalition; He is a graduate of Social Work and Social Administration Kumi University (KU) and has undergone trainings in Governance and Democracy, Security Management and Protection of Human Rights Defenders, Guidance and Counseling. Worked for Aids Information Centre Soroti branch as assenssional councilor, in 2009 David joined TAC as a volunteer for 2 years; He has expertise of building the capacity of Community structures and communities to develop the confidence, understanding and skills required to influence decision making and service delivery. With an Anti Corruption professional background David adds to TAC a whole wealth of experience in the fields of Public Accountability, Transparency and People centered advocacy.
